Culligan water purification branch selling filtered water and purification systems locally and online.
This was a project proposal we built for Culligan water to help them improve their website, reorganize the way they sold products and accessories online, and also to create organic digital content with the following goals:
Grow their online presence and audience.
Start an educational blog and YouTube channel.
Build a Facebook page so they could advertise there.
improve their onboarding process for new clients.
Launching a web-store to sell water purifiers and parts.
My role here
For this project I was a combination of project lead, art director and project manager. Some of my responsibilities included:
Team management and department performance
Brand, product, and marketing strategy.
Crafting marketing campaigns and digital ads.
Working externally outsourcing photography, video, and web design projects.
Internally overseeing creative design, content writers, and search engine optimization professionals.
We met with our client and established a long-term vision, and organized our short-term goals.
We created work scope, cost estimates, and an attainable timeframe to get us there.
We identified our client's unique selling proposition, target audience, and market positioning.
We built a brand new website with improved navigation, funnel strategy, and web-store.
Last but not least, we also crafted brand and marketing strategies to help with organic reach & SEO campaigns.
Sometimes, even when you build something amazing, it does not mean that it will ultimately make it to the production line. We unfortunately only made it to the prototyping stage, but we ultimately were not selected for web development. The real outcome from this project came in terms of experience for us. We got to improve our workflows, we established great relationships with external teams, we learn a great deal about how to handle strategy, execution, and presentations.
Together we can craft amazing experiences for your customers
I can help you reach your conversion goals through strategies that focus on making business decisions without losing a user-centric mindset.
