Our challenge
As Costco partners our first challenge was the seamless integration of our mortgage pricing platform to the Costco website. Our next challenge was providing a minimalist UI, with simple navigation, and delivering live rate results very quickly.
We also always aimed to minimize page bounce rates, increased organic traffic, and optimize conversion results.
My role here
My role here was as full-time Creative Director, overseeing creative strategy, team project execution, and new marketing campaigns. I met weekly with c-level executives, presenting weekly progress reports, reviewing project pipeline progress and challenges, and building strategy for upcoming initiatives.
I had the privilege of working with my team for over 6 years.
The solution
Our solution to fix onboarding, drop off, and increase conversion rates was found through years of user testing, split tests, and data-based implementations. Leading us to create a polished UI that presented results with very little user input, and by understanding and minimizing user friction points.

Final outcome
0ur final outcome was a robust platform with millions of unique visits. During my time as Senior Creative Director we generated $450,000,000 in lending revenue, and we worked our way up to a 95% Trustpilot rating from almost 10k reviews.
